It was advertised as a rapid charge cable, but it seems to just charge at regular speeds. It works fine for that, though.

Damaged phone port. First exchanged because it was deffective not alowing enough current to flow through triggering a slow charging pop-up. Now, a little over a year later it failed the same say & it keeps falling out of the port. I tried a new cord and that kept sliding out as well as a Samsung cord that came with a new phone's box. This cord had a really tight connection and I assumed that would be good so it wouldn't fall out when using the device while charging. It was so tight I think scratched the port making it weaker.

I thought this was going to be a good product, but for some reason my phone does not charge good with it when it detects moisture. I need a charger that does not get sensitive when trying to charge my phone.

This cable seems sturdy. It does what it’s supposed to. No complaints.

Purchased January 2022 and now it is November 2022 and it no longer works.

I would not recommend this product to charge an iPad-Pro. I replaced it thinking maybe I got a bad one, but the same thing happened! The iPad Pro would not charge if I were using it while being plugged in. The iPad did lose power much more slowly mind you, but that is not why I bought this particular cable. How this cable performs connected to devices other than the iPad Pro, I do not know.

Bought this for connecting a new iPad to my laptop/itunes after consulting with a store associate in the Apple area. It didn't work. My time was wasted. The only upside was I was able to return it with no hassle. I only wish the cashier would have put down his personal cell phone so that we didn't have to do the return process twice. Overall, no a good experience at Best Buy.

I needed a iPhone Charger, I couldn't tell by looking at the picture on the box that it was not for charging an iPhone and there was no salesperson available for me to ask questions (as usual)! I had to return to Best Buy to get my refund. THE BEST BUY STORE IN LITTLE ROCK NEEDS MORE SALESPEOPLE TO HELP THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!

Had to return it. They sold me the wrong cord for my phone. I even had my phone with me.

It quit working after six months it’s still looks good but do t work

Failed within a week. My procrastination cost me $32 as I missed the 15 day return window by 2 days. I was "assuming" 30 day" minimum per usual. My mistake. Not worth the extra length. Appears "quality" but doesn't last. The 6 ft, basic, plastic cord from Walmart is still going strong for $5 (< or >). Snooze ya lose...Lasted a week or less.
