Disappointed

I bought this 8/2020 and as of 10/2020 it has intermittently worked. If it isn’t at the proper angle, my phone does not charge. It is unacceptable for a cable to start malfunctioning after two months.

Didn’t transfer data

Broke 2 days after buying it.

Said I had a 12-month warranty. Contacted the Native Union with the warranty, been a week, and never got a response. Just shows the case is open.

Defective out the box

Only used once, it first wouldn’t connect then started charging and then died completely . At the price of the cable I wouldn’t expect this to happen.
