My Latest Purchase from Best Buy

The store agent was very knowable and was able to answer to answer all questions. The installer did an awesome job in installing and shared all information required.

Stopped working after a few months

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this as a gift for my stepfather. The USB-A (metal) piece broke off a few months after purchase. The box (packaging) advertises a "Limited Lifetime Warranty". I contacted customer service for my stepfather and was advised to proceed with the Warranty claim online. Since my stepfather is visually impaired (and somewhat technology challenged), it would have been more helpful and convenient for customer service would to provide more assistance past asking me to proceed with the warranty claim online. The other cables I bought (same brand) have worked well. Unfortunately, this particular cable didn't last long. Hopefully the upcoming (limited lifetime) Warranty experience will be smoother and more convenient.

Did not honor my Lifetime warranty.

They said lifetime warranty when I purchased my cable then right away said that its not valid before 2017 which is a few months before my purchase. But the reason i purchased the cable at the ridiculous price being asked was because of the lifetime warranty. Well don't be surprised if they dont honor yours. This shady company wont get my business ever again.
