The lightning connector broke off, leaving the little bit stuck in my phone. Lifetime warranty? Difficult to send it back when it stops working. I have two of these sitting on my coffee table, waiting to jump through the hoops of getting them replaced.

Went home and plugged it in. When I disconnected it from my IPAD the plug inserted in IPAD separated from the cord. I had to get a pair of needle nose pliers to remove the plug from my IPAD.

Warranty not as stated outside the box

Hope it lasts as long as advertised but lifetime warranty is rescinded inside the box. Two year warranty. Most other cords last two years for half the price.

Dangerous cord

Worst cable charger ever!

I bought and returned multiple times. I purchased due to the fact that it had a lifetime warranty. The price was quite expensive but thought since it had a lifetime warranty that it was worth it but 100% is a waste of money! Try using the warranty and you have to call the manufacturer as Best Buy will not take back after 30 days.
