Great cord but leather strap broke

However the leather snap broke, the grommet came out in my bag and I never found it. Good thing native Union is great with their customer service! 4 stars just for that.

But two weeks after purchase it stopped charging my phone, I know this because my phone will continuously make the sound when you plug it in, didnt know it was the cord at first, but when I fondled it thats when it will indicate it was charging but once I let go it will stop. Read on other reciews besides best buy that this is a common thing with these cords.
