Worst chord ever!! Bad brand - do NOT waste your money. After just two short months of owning this cable it stopped working. The light would be on, but my iPad was not charging. We tested it on other devices and same thing. It just wasn't working. I reached out to the manufacturer and filed a claim and they sent me a new one. I was super happy that they were standing by their warranty, but that happiness was very short-lived as not even TWO WEEKS later the replacement chord was now dead as well. This company's products are a joke. Note, when they shipped me the replacement it came from asia somewhere (I don't remember specifically where) so these are definitely not made in america. I just hope to prevent others from throwing their money away like I did and sadly it's too late to return to Best Buy. AVOID at all cost.

Looks cool, nice leather clasp, but quality isn’t the best, and the metal bends with the slightest movement.

Overall the cord quality was great but it didnt work for my situation.

Didn't like it too much it kept disconnecting for some reason I don't know why what was going on I tried different power adapters and it still did

I've bought two of these things. The first one after about 2-3 weeks of use, one of the connector ends snapped off. I gave it the benefit of the doubt because I thought maybe I hadn't been careful enough. A short time later I bought another from the same store. After about 4 days of use, it will not make charging contact unless I'm pressing up on it when its plugged into the apple charging adapter, which makes it effectively useless. I know it is not the adapter because I tried it with a brand new one which works with another cord I have (the one that came with my macbook that has lasted for more than 4 years). Not sure if the one I got is defective or it is just a poorly made product but I won't be buying one of these again.

It’s barely two weeks since purchase and although being used only gently during this time it doesn’t seem to always connect correctly with my IPad Air. Too expensive for what it does and doesn’t do.

Within a few weeks it stopped working well. I was really looking forward to this cord but i have been disappointed.

The plastic near the charging ends fell off, but it still works just fine

This is supposed to be a cable to use while traveling. It gets LIGHT use, occasionally, over time. And yet it fails. Not in the usual way: bending the cable breaking the wires inside. Instead, it breaks the same way all these other folks' have: the connector itself fails, so it doesn't hold or make a good connection. Skip it, and get a real USB-C cable.

Deceptive in nature. Good quality cable, but usb 2. As such extremely overpriced.

It doesn’t double charge It only works in one side of the connection

This product seemed great and was expensive. It didn’t last more than a month.

One end of the cord pulled off inside my computer. When I went to try to exchange the product the store said there was no warranty on damages and wouldn’t do a return. Not helpful at all

Good quality cable but too long for a car. Returne and got a shorter one

this was recomended by the manager of the store well it was worst them the apple one, the front metal piece broke off anwas stuck in the computer, i smell plastic burn and my computer got damage.

That’s what I get for asking the 18 year old kid if this cable supported video. He said, “oh yeah this cable will support video.” It doesn’t. Nothing on the packaging to help with the question. Went online and bought a cable on Amazon that specifically stated its’ capabilities.
