I've had this charger under a month and it stopped working. I gave it a one star because the only good thing about this charger is its long and I'm loving that.

This charger broke leaving the charging piece stuck in my phone. Unfortunately, this happened while I was traveling which delayed my returning of the product past the 14 day Best Buy policy. Now, I'm the proud owner of an overpriced charger that looks great and isn't functional! Beware of policy and potential hassel of dealing with company directly. Best Buy was kind enough to send me with an 800 number for the company... thanks, but no thanks. How about sell products that last longer than 14 days. Wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing.

The cords work very well, but don't last long. Not sure if they short out or connection end wears out. I would recommend this product, but let people know that they don't last long

Stopped working shortly after purchase. Kids really disappointed.

I like the ball that keeps the power cable where you want it. It broke within 30 days of use. The part that plugs into the phone came disconnected from the power cable.

Charged great for about a month (2x after return) then would not charge primary or any Lightning device at all

I noticed that after two months, both my daughter and husband's cord stopped working. For forty bucks I expect a better product that what we have.

This is the second one of these cords I have had. On each one, the contacts for the lightning connector have pulled from the molded housing.

The tips of them came off within weeks after buying them! Don't waste your money! Had one for my wife, and one for me. Her's feel off or broke off within 3 weeks! I chalked it off to her being too rough with it. I am the only one in the house that never has a cracked phone, always careful and always have my cords longer than anyone in the house, until one of the kids take mine. My cord! lasted one week after hers! Never again!

About 5 weeks after purchasing this cord I woke up to the plug snapped off inside my phone.

The cord is too heavy and will not stay in the charging port.

My husband and i bought 2 of these chargers and though we were investing on good chargers, WRONG. i unplugged my phone one day and found the metal tip of the charger came off the wire and was stuck inside my phone's charging port. Same thing happened to my husbands charger after 2 weeks.

First one I purchased worked for a week. Returned item and tried a second cord. Second cord lasted about 2 weeks then stopped charging. Very disappointed with this product!

Paid $39.99 for this cord thought it would be great with the ball but my phone fell just on to the carpet and the piece that goes into the phone broke and got stuck into my phone

My charger cord has already stopped working. I would recommend this product to anyone.

At first i was happy and glad i made this purchase. I had reviews that it was built nice and was apple certified. This charger didn't last me more than a month.

I bought this and within a week the tip broke off, so I exchanged for another one of the same and it has broke off as well, will be returning this weekend.
