it only workd if i bend the cord a certain way, could i possibly get a replacement?

I bought this product about a month ago. I thought it would be great to invest in a higher end charging cable for my iPhone 5 that I almost always have in an otter box defender case. The metal lightening charging pin fell off into my phones charging port. Thankfully removal was super easy and no damage was done to my phone. I think the plug in lightening charger piece is soldered to the cable itself as I was unable to reattach the lightening charging pin to the charger.

I had a problem with one of them. The charging tip started to melt. But I took it back and had it replaced. The feel is great and much better than Apple's cheap and expensive products.

The lighting pin has already pulled out. Love the length and I will try it again and hope I just had a defective piece of equipment

So far this is a good product. After a few weeks of using it still charges the phone for my wife. It is stupid long.

Bought this liked it stayed on night stand but after 30 days it stopped charging. We will see what the company does

Great length but not worth the price. I used this item in my car and it only worked for about 30 days.

I purchased this because all other cords fall on floor with this knot weight it stays put

Nice lightening cable. I like the sailer's knot weight too for my desk. I had to return the first cable I got though since the metal part that inserts into the iPhone actually broke off. It looked like it was only held on by two small tabs into the plastic. For the money, I was really surprised that it wasn't too durable. Still, I'm giving it another try since I was able to exchange it for a new one.

This cord gives you extra length to charge your phone and move freely while doing it

Husband hasn't had long but loves it and says it works as advertised. Adjustable weight is cool, the knot moves.

I bought one and it suddenly stopped working I exchanged it and the second one is working great now .

stays in place on nighstand to charge through the evening, use phone as alarm clock so need it close by for when it goes off in morning

I had one of these chargers for about a year and had no issues. I recommended it to my girlfriend who took my recommendation and purchased it. 2 months later she was calling me telling me the cord would only charge her phone if it was held in a certain position. We thought it was an outlier and her best buy agreed to exchange the cord for a new one. A few months later my charger (that I had had for a year and a half by this time) was on the fritz. I went and purchased a new one (dummy move) and shortly after heard from my girlfriend that the one she got in exchange for her previous defected item was no longer working properly. If you like your phone charged when you wake up in the morning without having to hold it at a certain angle at night DO NOT PURCHASE THIS.

This product is great for not having to reach on the floor for a charger! Just place the knot where you want it and it stays!

My battery lasted longer then this cord. Run the other way!

This product is beautiful, but with in a month the cord stopped connecting properly to my iPhone and iPad. I reached out to Native Union customer service and they weren’t very helpful at all. It seems like this product could be great. Sadly from my experience I would not recommend this product or this company.

Great concept, but both quit working after 1 month
