I purchased this for my daughter. The metal plug ripped from the cord and we had to use needle nose pliers to remove it from my daughter's phone.

The charging cord was too heavy. It would not stay in place and the metal connector that goes into the phone broke off after two weeks.

I've had the product less than a month and the male portion of the lightning jack that goes into the phone has broken off.

Despite the length and "ball" this cord only lasted about 45 days. Fairly worthless for the price.

I am extremely pleased with my purchase. The cable is thick and threaded giving it a premium, durable, high end feel. While ascetically, in its deep navy blue color, the cable looks modern and eye pleasing. The best feature though is the weighted, adjustable 'ball' that holds the cable in place, making it perfect for a night stand or desk. Five stars... and no, I have had no issues getting it to charge my iPhone/Pad.

Great cord for sitting on the couch or bed and having your device plugged in. The ball on the cord is weighted and moves, which helps keep the cord and your device where you put it. It helps keep a phone in place on a night stand. The length is great!

I purchased one of these night cords over a year ago. I had an issue where the metal charging tip broke off. best buy replaced it. Then, it happened again. This time the company sent me a brand new one in the mail, free of charge. I haven't had any problems otherwise. Great customer service! Cord is very long and the weighted knot helps it stay on the table/bed/etc. I liked it so much I bought a second.

This is by far the best cable I've owned. Very durable and long. Giggity... seriously it won't bend at the point it connects to the phone and the weighted ball helps the cord not slide off the surface. Would recommend

This cable is made of good material and so far seems like its going to last a while. It's very long, perfect for my bedside, where the power is a little far from my side of the bed.
