Not as heavy duty as I thought

Bad product

I am disappointed with this purchase and it makes me think about not buying again at Best Bay because when I took the bike back the employees assured me that it was in good condition, however the box that covered the product was broken. I trusted the employees but they failed me.

Beyond disappointed

Had to go thru nautilus to have parts ordered. It’s now 12:31/21 and they still have to send a repair man to my house. It’s 96 pounds and I finished assembly so it’s not like I can carry it back to the store. Beyond upset . Not happy with Best Buy, no one has even apologized for my inconvenience. I can’t rate if the bike is a good value since I haven’t been able to use it. It’s a very heavy and expensive paper weight.
