The bike is well built and sturdy however, the app that is referenced in the manual can't be found in the app store nor in Play store. Additionally, the machine will not sink with my Samsung Tablet via Bluetooth. I've exhausted all options so I'm going to return.

Assembled easily, if a little awkward at times. Works as advertised. No complaints so far after 1 year.

had a problem with the console but cx service at Nautilus sent new part. now we're enjoying exercise during lock down.

The bike was missing parts right out of the box when bought at the end of March 2021. The manufacturer was contacted and we were told eight weeks to get the parts. After eight weeks was told there was ANOTHER delay of an additional eight weeks. So four months of this being a very expensive, unusable, and unreturnable pile of parts in our basement. We will never buy another Bowflex, Nautilus, or Schwinn product ever again.

Love this bike! I use it everyday. It has great exercise routines with digital access.

Seat is very uncomfortable Digs into my back. and there was a delay in delivery scheduled for between 7am and 1 pm arrived at 4:30pm.

Junk. Missing parts that will take 2 months to get. Heart rate sensors do not work at all. Heart rate chest strap also does not work. They want to send me new parts that will also take two months. Forget about it. Returned.

Purchased this bike based on good reviews. It is nice but my item was defective...the seat and frame were about 1/2” lower on the left side. The floor and bike stabilizers were level, but frame and seat base were not. Nautilus offered to replace it but could not send a new bike for 3-4 months due to production problems. Fortunately, Best Buy took it back without any issues. Grateful for their good customer service.

Defective bike and very bad customer service. I had only ridden the bike for 5 minutes when it started shaking a little but, making a loud noise, and then the right pedal came off!! Just like that, it fell on the ground! It's been a month since I have tried unsuccessfully to return the bike, get Best Buy customer service come pick it up and get my refund! Best Buy keeps sending me the wrong team whom cannot unassemble the bike and remove it from my house.
