The scanner is small and worked well. However, the software is subscription based, and, despite saying it came with a year on the package, I only received 30 days. Unless you saved them as PDF's, then you can access files from the saved folder. Otherwise, the software will not let you access items scanned after 30 days unless you sign up for one of their plans. I only use this now directly through windows devices as a basic scanner. Rather disappointing.

Finally getting organized not sure how it happens but the system really does recognize different parts of receipts and files accordingly.

Worked great for years. Now they've gone to a cloud based app that crashes every 30 seconds. Plus their cloud service has been down for three weeks! Going on my third Tech Support direct access to my computer with at least two hours each time. All of my existing documents no longer have their names I gave them on my origianl desktop app! Would take me months to re-enter everything - that is, if I could even access and use the app without it crashing every 30 seconds! Stay away from this company, maybe might problems will help someone else avoid the same problems!

Worst installation experience ever. Couldn't get past the vicious circle of the installation. If installation is so awful, can only imagine how bad the product is to use. It is going back. NEVER would recommend to anyone.

I am replacibg the one i already had, great product

I recently purchased this and I wanted to keep better records....just too much paper. Anyway it does not seem to work well with a Mac. I have to unplug, quit Neat and then start over I can't tell you how annoying it is, but let's say it defeats the purpose when you can't get on with things and have to constantly unplug, quit, then start over again again again. It's a good idea, but they need to fix how Neat how it functions with Mac, that would help a great deal.

I have spent countless hours entering the information that is needed to correct the "scan" on each item! If you change a description, it takes forever to process it and then it defaults back to the description Neat chooses! I could have entered each one of these on a spreadsheet faster!!! I thought I was making my record keeping easier!!!!! Do not buy this product! I cannot believe that Best Buy would lower their standards to carry this!
