    The packaging and figure both arrived in poor condition, with noticeable tears and bends. Additionally, the Elvira figure had paint imperfections on her chest, which was disappointing as a collector who values the original appearance of figures. Unfortunately, my experience was further marred by Best Buy's requirement to return the damaged item before they would send a replacement. This proved to be a significant inconvenience, especially considering my limited mobility due to a disability, which makes it challenging to access a UPS facility. Regrettably, I do not plan to shop here again.

    The figure is very detailed and the face does have some resemblance to Elvira. The accesories are great looking as well. Very happy with this purchase and the price Best Buy offered

    Easy to order, arrived to store quickly at a great price. Box in good condition. Figure is great, paint apps are perfect, joints not too loose or too tight. Best Elvira figure ever made.
