Terrible.

This was a christmas gift and the recipient didn't care, but it makes me look like a shoddy gift giver. Its a good thing a collector wasnt buying this item. I paid full price for the it, and it should have arrived in perfect, whole, mint condition. Finally was able to contact chat---- which took F O R E V E R. The advice given to me was that I should drive a half hour to the actual store and "pick up the missing piece." Seriously? They just have a mask floating around inthe back room that I can drive a half hour for? Terrible service. Terrible to get ahold of, terrible merchandise arriving torn (the mailing package was intact, so it wasn't the delivery that was bad.) Who picks out the merch to send? Whoever it was, thanks a lot for some crap.
