    Is this one better than the first, absolutely not! Is it watchable. Yes. Is it funny? Just barely. It has some good parts, but the bad ones slightly outnumber the bad parts. Would I watch it again, probably. If you can get the movie for $5 bucks, buy it, if not, watch it on cable!
