It is a funny movie, the cast mixed very well together and it wasn't stupid funny.

Pretty funny comedy with Seth Rogen and Rose Byrne as a couple with a fraternity moving in next door. Decent but some of the humor felt a bit forced at times. Miles better than the sequel though.

It was somewhat entertaining and it did have some funny parts but in retrospect the only funny parts were that of what you had seen when previews were being commercialized. The ending was disappointing. Don't buy it, just rent it.

Good movie. Needed to watch prior to seeing #2. Good value for a Blu-Ray.
