Mediocre for Seth Rogan

Language, nudity, adult situations (in a fictional reality). Worth the watch though.

It was okay.

I think it is a little too tasteless in my opinion, but not nearly the worst movie I've seen. It's well made, and I would give Neighbors a solid 3 stars.
