Zac Efron is back in this really funny comedy about two crazy guys who move into a nice suburban neighborhood next to a wholesome upstanding family and end up doing some crazy things. This movie will make you laugh your butt off!

I thought this would just be some mindless movie, full of crude jokes and stupidity. Far from it! Zac & Dave were hilarious! What a wild ride! Can't wait for the sequel!

Big fan of Seth Rogan, and Zack Effron is just as hilarious!! More of an adult comedy, I have a 5 and 8 year old that wanted to watch it also, but with what's shown, good thing they stayed in their room playing video games. Really funny!! Liked it a lot!!

Overall a pretty good movie, I'm a huge Adam Sandler fan so this movie reminded me of one of his type of movies. If you like weird and awkward comedy then you'll like this movie.

If you like Seth Rogen's comedy then this movie will be enjoyable. Both Rogen and Efron's perfomance was funny. Not much special features but the deleted scenes were hilarious.

If you really need a laugh this movie is the one. It exploits a likely scenarios when a frat moves into a vacant house next door to Rogen and family. Many different things take place throughout the movie that are truly funny. One of my comedy favorites!

From beginning to end it was a good time! At times I had to rewind the movie because I was still laughing at something that happened in the movie. Just too funny!

This is one of the funniest movies of the year. So unexpected. This bundle is great value. So glad they included DVD and Digital with purchase. Now I can laugh anywhere.

The young married couple does something cruel, and then the idiot frat guys next door respond, and back and forth it goes. I laughed, but not uproariously and not often enough.

Loved Neighbors, funniest frat comedy along with Animal House. Almost anything that has Seth Rogen in it is good, except for that Barbara Striesand movie. But this was great!

The movie is loud, crude and extremely funny. Definitely not for kids but anyone who remembers frat guys and warring with adult communities will luv this movie

Just another good old fashioned comedy about getting even. As crazy as some of this May seem, it brings back memories of stuff that actually did. Good characters good story.

Me and my girlfriend went to watch this at the movies and laughed through the entire movie. We told each other we would buy it as soon as it came on on dvd. We did, watched it again, and laughed even harder the second time around. A great movie!

Great movie instant classic. Ive never been a Zack Efron fan but after this movie i can say hes on my list. That guy was hilarious but basically it was a great cast. After i watched this i said I want a frat house to move in next to me. Pls.

As with all of Rogen's films, you can expect stoner comedy at it's finest. Zac Efron provides great eye candy and shows a comedic range we didn't know he had.

Very funny film about two competing life styles. Once the conflict is resolved the film gets a bit syrupy.Overall quite a few laughs.

Seth Rogen and Zac Efron are definitely a dynamic duo in this frat house comedy. The antics only got better and better throughout the movie. Also...Zac Efron. *sigh*

This is a classic! I can't count the laughs. Zach Efron and Seth Rogan play very well off of each other and the ensemble cast is terrific-solid top to bottom.
