I bought the Aerocino 4 one and a half weeks ago. It was fantastic when I first got it. I made cappuccinos for anyone that came over. However on day 7, it wouldn’t foam hardly at all. It was like I pushed button #2, even though I hadn’t. I have since tried it several times and each time it was less and less foamy. I called the company and they walked me through a myriad of troubleshooting tactics which I did. They then offered to send me a new one but I chose to exchange it so that I could have it sooner. When I returned it, I showed the receipt, however they just switched it out with out giving me a new receipt. What assurance do I have that it won’t happen again? It’s only guaranteed for 30 days.

This new version has multiple features for foaming milk but it is designed primarily for a lot of use of milk. Either full heavy high air content, large bubbles, thick foam throughout or high air foam on top only. What it can not do, as the previous version could, is make the very tiny bubbles that has more of the "schiuma" like consistency one would expect from a coffee house in Italy.
