Disappointing product

After a few months the buttons stop

So when you hit a large cup you really get like 10 drops. When you hit it again you get a little more.

Not that great

Don’t order online!

I had The pods ready and I opened it and it was used and so dirty! There were coffee grounds in it. The water tank was dirty. It looks like it’s been used for a while, never been washed, then returned. I was so grossed out and very disappointed. This has never happened before and I always order online. It wasn’t a refurbished or opened box product.

I was embarrassed and ashamed I even had to buy coffee pods because the machine that I bought from you ruined all the pods that came with it .

Looks ok, but coffee is warm/cold

Unacceptable! Waste of money

Less than 3 weeks ago I used it few times the first time I got little froth maybe a spoonful after that I tried to use it again and again with different kind of milk I get NO froth whatsoever it’s only reheat the milk that’s all it does. This is really unacceptable this is not a cheap machine at least it should do the job but it didn’t!! Totally don’t recommend it X
