At first it worked fine, and the coffee taste awesome, but after a few weeks; the system was giving me "tablespoons" of coffee. I wasn't sure if I bought a "lemon". My mother in law has one and has no issues at all.

Don't recommend you can't find the tiny coffee pods. You to have a membership with the company to order them, they are not cheap.

Love this machine! Only had it for 2 days, but I can hardly contain myself. First, the price belies the value of this Nespresso Inissia - packaging, instruction materials, weight, design and feel of the device itself all just SCREAM top-shelf quality. I have tried about half of the 16 different coffee capsules included and though some I favor over others, they have all been delicious. I was originally skeptical that Nespresso could really produce a decent espresso having used a semi-auto machine for many years, but I'm now a believer and I won't miss the clean-up and coffee grounds everywhere that the whole business used to entail. Fast, easy, quiet, and simple. And the milk frother - OMG. It sits on it's own plug-in base. Just pour milk to the line, place it on the base, press a button, and it silently heats and froths the milk in about a minute flat - then shuts off. Depending on which of the 2 tiny 'spinners' you use, you can get heavy frothy milk, or a denser stiff foam. And it cleans in seconds being lined with a non-stick (BPA-free) finish, with no apparent seams, crevices or openings anywhere in the milk chamber - the tiny impeller blade spins in place on the bottom magnetically and hygienically - Genius. All in all, this unit far exceeds my expectations and I hope to get enjoyment from it for many years.

Makes great coffee... If it works, mine broke in two weeks, twice

Not quite sure as to why there are any reviews short of 5 stars for this product! I have used this machine religiously over the last two months for all my employees at my job with 10-15 cups of expresso a day at least. The Inssia makes the perfect cup, day in and day out! I cannot get over how amazing it tastes, with the perfect about of crema on top and you CAN set it the exact amount of expresso you want, big or small. You just have to read the simple instructions. This is an expresso machine and I'm giving my review on the simplicity, reliablity, and the taste of this expresso, which are all superb! Milk frother is super easy. I like to add some hazelnut creamer to it, gives it a nice hint of flavor. Buying this combination will save you TIME and MONEY! Just buy it already! :)

I purchased this item in a flash sale and it is the titan color with aeroccino. The machine itself makes both espresso for shots (about 2 oz.) and loungo sized brew (about 4 oz.). The aerrocino I have used for heating both skim milk, 1%, and water and it heats up quickly with option for foamier vs more liquid. My only gripe is it didn't heat up other alternative beverages as well (almond milk, coconut milk, rice milk etc.). Overall very pleased at the price point I spent. I would purchase again. This setup makes me feel like a barista :)

Have used it daily since initial purchase and about a month now and it is super fast and works to perfection. I purchased some after market cups for it and they work fine in the machine. I love it and I look forward to using it daily.

Comparing this to other nespresso machines you can have this by very good price ,and This can do very good Espresso.

Best Buy def had the best price in these!! I am in LOVE with my new Nespresso maker!! It was a Birthday gift & def one of the best!! The coffee/Espresso is so worth it!!

After the first month the espresso maker began to flash lights that made no sense and quit working. I needed to unplug and replug the unit to get it working. Later, the unplug didn't always work, and I luckily got it to reset to factory settings. This worked for a couple days, then began the process again. I need to find out if I can return this to Best Buy, or need to hassle with Nespresso directly. If best buy can take this in for exchange, it would be best, so please let me know!
