deciding which Nespresso device can be confusing, there are so many models. I made the mistake of buying one that I thought had the Carafe function. it looks like the one that has that functionality, but it doesn't. coffee is good enough. The mail order process is great. Love the Frother.

Our Nespresso machine is gets used a couple times everyday and no problems whatsoever. Great tasting espresso and lattes hot or iced. The frother works great also, just need to keep clean. Very happy with purchase and I’ve now owned it for almost a year.

My wife loves this. She has enjoyed using various coffees with it. The best ones are the name brand Nesppresso . It helps to cut down on the daily SB coffee trips. Lol.

Once you try this, nothing else will compare! If you love coffee this is a must.

We have been making 4 cups a day since around May 18th. Still love it. The Nespresso coffee is delicious and comes out frothy just like in the pics and commercials. The milk frothed is really awesome too

Great little machine for small servings. If you want a bigger serving you need to do two cups. I have made my espresso in the past with La Marzocco espresso machine and getting used to a Nespresso was quite interesting but efficient. I like the way it dispenses the used capsules into a plastic container on the side of the machine. Also, I would like it if the water container were bigger, I am used to making my 24–36-ounce coffee Latte in the morning so I must spend a little longer doing the bigger batch and refilling the container more than I would like. Overall, it is a nice small compact unit that I recommend for a couple but not necessarily for an office or a place that has a lot of people using it.

Honestly a game changer! I bought this because we were spending so much money on buying coffee daily. Since buying this we have not even thought about Starbucks etc. it’s been a little over a month. I love this machine
