Wife loves this machine. Easy to use and design looks nice on the counter.

I would give this 5 stars if Best Buy would also sell the Nespresso capsules. Otherwise it’s a great product.

The nespresso does what it promises - good coffee. The only problem was that the aeroccino was not heating initially. We had to call to Breville to get it replaced, which wasnt a big issue.

I purchased this product on special I was initially looking for a keurig and figured why not try it. Coffee is great is you like really bold strong coffee. Even it’s lightest was still to strong for me. I’m an occasional coffee drinker so maybe not use to it.

This coffee machine is good but I do not like that it makes coffee by centrifuge and not by pressure, I think the best way to get the best out of a coffee is by pressure, after trying it, I returned it and ran by the creatista plus

Was great while it worked. But one year in and now I have issues with the locking mechanism. I can’t even open the top of the machine

We returned it because of the limited suppliers of Vertuo pods which are different and much more expensive than the original Nespresso pods

Product works great. Was disappointed in how employees were acting on this day. Incredibly rude. Other then this love my Nespresso!

too big for my small kitchen with limited counter space. Also not satisfied with the different selections for size of serving.

I just wish it brewed a bit hotter. That’s my only gripe.

Is great just the cups for this machine are not as easy to get as I would want like the k-cup coffee makers

Unfortunately the concepts its great but this model have a problem in the water reservoir, for more than I try to have it dry and clean, still leaking water from the rubber or silicon seal... so end its use and was returned.

Very pleased. Only wish is an extended range and coffee flavors of Nesspresso pods are available.
