I bought this machine for convenience - both mine and our guests. The Vertuo system is very versatile when it comes to how you prefer your coffee. I prefer strong, espresso based drinks, especially americanos. Most of my family prefers normal drip coffee, which us less strong. We really like the mouth feel of the coffee the machine makes (lots of crema) for all coffee pods. The biggest issues for the machine are (1) the limited suppliers of Vertuo pods (these are different than the original Nespresso pods, which have many suppliers), and (2) the temperature of coffee that it makes, but if you pre-heat your mug with some hot water before you make the coffee, it will be fine. The Aeroccino3 milk frother has some things going for it, but is unnecessary unless you really want lattes and cappuccinos.

Tired of going to SBUX and overpaying for espresso? This espresso maker is amazing. Yes it costs a lot up front and the pods are like $0.90 each but once you settle down and enjoy the cafe mocha or cafe late at home, you will be sitting pretty! Don't overthink it just go and get it. You will not have any regrets!

I've made my own coffee and espresso at home for years. I also have used a Keurig for a quick cup on the go. After purchasing this machine, I got rid of all of my other coffee and espresso machines. This thing makes perfect coffee and espresso every time. I haven't been this excited about a purchase in years. This Nespresso machine is amazing! If only I could drink more coffee throughout the day and not risk staying up all night... I can't recommend this enough.

My wife and I used to get Starbucks everyday and since buying this haven’t even been interested in buying coffee out. The coffee pods are slightly expensive, but definitely cheaper than a coffee shop coffee and so good!

Wish you could make your dream coffee at home? Well you can with this machine. It isn’t extremely loud and the milk frother is super quiet. Water reserve looks small but makes a decent amount without having to fill due to making espresso sized coffee. Only negative I have for owning it for a month is the base wherr you put your mug is too small, it has to be a narrow base coffee mug or else it tips over. Overall very satisfied.

Ilmy wife absolutely loves her new cofee machine. Coffee is fresh, delicious, and oh so good. The flavor options are endless and the taste of the coffee, ease of using the machine and having delicious coffee is endless.

I love my new nespresso coffee machine! So convenient and easy to use. Coffee is sooo delicious much better than Starbucks!

Easy to you and makes me excellent, rich coffees. A bit more expensive per cup then K cups but totally worth it. Brews with specific times and heats for the coffee you are making but be ready for some caffeine.

This machine is absolutely the best we've ever had. We're both avid coffee drinkers and it's perfect for lattes, cappuccinos, and now our own ice coffees at home without it tasting diluted. it's simply priceless. Nespresso stores are everywhere and we love going in for tastings and buying. They also run special promotions and different flavors all throughout the year so you can mix things up. This machine satisfies everyone's coffee needs and it's the most used appliance in our house and holding up very well. LOVE IT!!!

We have tried every coffee maker under the sun, this was by far, the best decision ever! The coffee and espresso quality blows store bought ground or beans out of the water. It's FAST too which I love because I am always on the go;)

I love this coffee machine! I use it almost every day and my family members have become addicted. Just note, you'll normally have to go online to order your coffee. Kcups don't work. This uses a special type. But doesn't bother me!

I love the ease of making the coffee. The milk frother is the best invention yet. It is easy to make cappuccino. The only problem is that Best Buy does not sell the coffee pods and you have to order them online. The cost per pod is triple the price of the Keurig coffee pods.

My husband and I didn't think we would enjoy this Nespresso machine as much as we have, but it's a winner. This is our first Nespresso machine. It's compact. Doesn't take up a ton of counter space. Easy to maneuver except for maybe turning the lever all the way to the left to start brewing. I'm not complaining though because the quality is definitely there. It's a sturdy machine. At first we were a bit taken aback by the prices of the coffee - especially in comparison to Keurig - but the coffees and espressos are so rich and smell amazing. My husband is still a lazy butt when it comes to using the frother and doesn't use it because he has to clean it. When he does, he loves it. A plus is that once you've filled up a recycling pod bag, they ship it via UPS free. They reuse the plastic to make veggie peelers as part of their "first order online" package." Thus far I have no complaints so 5 stars it is.

Love this Nespresso coffee maker so easy to use and makes great coffee.

This Nespresso is a fantastic single cup coffee maker. My wife and I thoroughly enjoy using it with great tasting coffee at every time. The only negative is that the coffee is rather expensive and there are not any alternatives to Nespresso's own capsules.

The best and smoothest in-home coffee ever. Super easy to use and maintain. I make my family their special and favorite drinks cheaper than the coffee shop prices. The milk frother is amazing too. It adds that magic velvety touch.

The Nespresso machine is great, easy to set up and use, and the espresso and other coffees are really nice. I recommend & would buy it again.
