Coffee at it's best! Easy to operate, no difficult settings for your desired type of brew and love the self dispose feature of the used pods. My only complaint is that you won't the coffee pods find at your average grocery store, these are only available online or at the nespresso kiosk located at the Galleria mall.

yum good coffee but the pods are so expensive to buy. Wish they were more accessible and cheaper. But machine is a good buy

Say good bye to you everyday normal coffee pot. This machine is incredible. I can even drink the coffee jet black w no additives how good it is.

This is a great machine, and the frother is amazing. My only problem with this system is that you have to purchase the vertuo line pods through nespresso directly. This keeps the price at a premium and so far it doesn't seem like they ever offer sales. The prices weren't even discounted for national coffee day. If you're willing to pay their prices though (about $1.10 per 7.5 oz cup) it does make very good coffee

Great coffee once you find your favorite pods (I wish there was a way to just try one pod instead of having to get 10 but oh well). Nespresso customer service is great if something breaks. I'd recommend to save up for Creatista Plus or Latissima Pro or Gran if you want milky drinks without the hassle of frothing milk.

Purchase this item for my husband for Christmas and he is absolutely in love with it. Now I don’t have to do his coffee he can do it him self with just a click of a button. Price is reasonable and he got the Coffee storage which makes it even better to store and looking organized.

Once you try this, nothing else will compare! If you love coffee this is a must.

Great little machine for small servings. If you want a bigger serving you need to do two cups. I have made my espresso in the past with La Marzocco espresso machine and getting used to a Nespresso was quite interesting but efficient. I like the way it dispenses the used capsules into a plastic container on the side of the machine. Also, I would like it if the water container were bigger, I am used to making my 24–36-ounce coffee Latte in the morning so I must spend a little longer doing the bigger batch and refilling the container more than I would like. Overall, it is a nice small compact unit that I recommend for a couple but not necessarily for an office or a place that has a lot of people using it.
