Gave this to my parents as a gift they love it. They also like the newer style pods. They’re a little pricey though

Coffee was good but could not do just hot water would not work unless you had a pod in it

We bought this as a gift and our friends loved it. The latte’s it makes are good however the pods are a bit pricey.

I love it but I had to return the machine because the coffee was very strong for me! the milk frother is amazing.

Excellent machine, the coffee options and sizes are something to consider. Personally, I miss the original Nespresso, where you select the amount of water to be used, this machine automatically uses the appropriate amount of water based on the type of coffee being used. If you drink other than ristretto and espressos, this is totally worth it.

This is my favorite indulgence! Get this unit with the larger water tank and place to collect the used cartridges. Nespresso goes to great lengths to enable easy recycling of capsules.

Very thick crema like the picture, sometimes too much if thats possible. The varieties do taste quite different, so something for everyone. One star deduction for the cost of the pods and no "aftermarket" pods available yet like the original Nespresso or Keurig. One Star rating for BestBuy not being able to change my nickname. I was not happy with an earlier purchase and chose a nickname that suits. Seems to be permanent.?.

workswell, directions could be more detailed. Pods are difficult to find. Need to order them form Nespresso?

I put off buying this for a long time because of the price. I regret everyday that I didn’t have it. It has completely revolutionized my mornings. I got to bed excited to wake up and drink coffee.

This is an excellent product and versatile. It will actually save us money and produces a better product. The pods are great price as well and proceed through many venders

This coffee maker has some of the best flavors, aromatic, and much cheaper than any coffee house. My wife wasn’t much of a coffee drinker until I brought this home, but now she demands it every morning. Highly recommended, THIS IS NOT A KURIG!

I purchased this to save money on buying starbucks. This nespresso makes great lattes and warms up very fast. I love this purchase

Nespresso is one of the best products I've purchased and strongly recommend it to anyone.

You will never have a espresso or coffee like this. It is better than keurig but also compliments keurig if you want diversity in how you drink your coffee. Not as easy to pick up pods tho.
