Only worked 3 months, and i barely used it. I traveled internationally, And i came back home this winter, machin keep blinking and not working. I’m having bad experience with this machine

Got my wife the Nespresso Vertuo for a Christmas gift. When she took it out the box to use it, the machine didn’t work! Will be taking it back and getting my money back.

Didn’t work. It wouldn’t suck up the water to filter it through the machine. Just made noises but no cofee came out. Very disappointing

Cheap made Hard to find coffee pods for refill. I thought it would be heavy duty for home.

The pods jam and get stuck sometimes i would get a whole other machine im looking into diffrent ones i also got a machine that was dented in and the package came in the original box so the box was comp damaged

The cups are hard to find. Definitely not worth the price

One of our most favorite gadgets in our home! The only downfall is the pods. No universal or third-party pods seem to be available.

The coffee is not hot enough! You can not find the coffee pods everywhere, and when you find it is super expensive... I could find how to do my own coffee but I am already bored of this machine!!!!

Had to return it because water wasnt working. Apparently alot of them are like this.

We got two times from best buy but they didn’t work and were damaged! The box looked like lock but ….. so unbelievable!

first machine couldn't make a hot cup of anything. Second is a little better but not up to the expectations we were lead to believe. also the coffee selection is totally different than the nespresso machine we replace. no continunity

Lukewarm coffee You cannot buy anywhere but by mail from Company’s store bummers Will never buy anything with this brand

spent a lot of money cant stand the coffee I've spent a small fortune trying.

I returned the machine because the coffee was all too bitter.

I'll be trying a different brand of espresso maker.

I bought this as a gift for my wife. She loves using it. It's very easy to use and it makes delicious coffee

Love my machine. I searched high and low, even bought another machine that was much more expensive and not that great which I had to return, prior to getting my awesome Nespresso. Well priced, easy to clean and tasty coffee.

I bought this nespresso immediately after my girlfriend tried it at our friend's house. I found it very hard to believe you could get high quality espresso with just a touch of a button, like a keurig, but with a price of $259 it better be the best espresso I ever had. Lo and behold, it really holds up to its value. Did not realize the machine came with with 20 sample pods, ranging from single espresso to gran lugo and coffee. It also comes with an instant milk frother, which I was also surprised with how easy it is to use. The noise it makes when you start the machine up is loud but within a minute it makes pretty darn good espresso, enough for me to not have to go to some fancy expensive european cafe anymore!

I love this coffee maker easy to use. Great if you don’t want to make a large amount. Great taste
