This is definitely a high quality espresso maker the only thing I would say is to turn the knob all the way to the left firmly I kept closing it and then trying to push the start button and nothing would happen it took me about 10 minutes to figure out I had to lock it before it would start other than that it's been absolutely amazing

Great coffee machine. But milk froth is not good. I had a previous model. it was perfect, but they are not make it anymore.

Pros - Biking is my primary form of exercise and brewing quick espresso shots or coffee in the morning before each ride is very useful and satisfying - I like the convenience of quick single-served cups of coffee - I like the overall design and convenience of having two machines in one - I go to school early in the morning so having fast coffee is very beneficial if I ever need it (especially before tests) Cons - The coffee does taste a bit more "acidic" than other coffee I have had before. It was very noticeable with the Caramel (Caramelizio) and the Pumpkin Spice coffee. This is even after using a hazelnut creamer as well. (I use 3-4 tablespoons) - Can be expensive depending on the drinker (in my case not so much since I don't drink it daily) - POSSIBLE CON: The creme layer is more like a foam than anything so if that bothers people then that could steer them away from this machine. For me it doesn't matter and I rather enjoy the foam-like layer - POSSIBLE CON: The temperature of the coffee usually hits between 165-175 F (which is an "improvement" over the previous vertuoline)

This has been a very popular addition to my office. I like it because it is clean, no mess and when you order pods for it, Nespresso sends you a postage paid recycling bag for the used pods. I had always not wanted to use disposable pods because of the waste, but the no cost recycling option was a big hit with me!

I don’t have to go Starbucks and wait in line for a great coffee everyday. Best quality and aroma every sip.

I was weary about purchasing this machine, already having two two keurig machines. I am glad I did. The coffee and espresso come out tasting amazing. Easy to set up and use. Also fast shipping on the pods from Nespresso. I am not a fan of extremely hot coffee so this machine was just right for me.

I gifted this coffee machine to a family member and it is amazing. Ever single family member that goes over always wants a coffee or expresso from this machine. Only downside is that the Nespresso capsules or a little pricey.

This is my second Nespresso machine. They make excellent cofffe and espresso. The machines must be used regularly. Letting sit without use for more than three months cause machine to die faster.
