It makes good espresso and mediocre coffee. Both are oddly foamy (more than the amount of crema you would want) but coffee is ridiculously foamy.

I wasn’t aware of that until I called customer service. I need hot coffee so unfortunately this wasn’t the one for us!

Amazing coffee!

If you are recently off Keurig, please remember there is no low water warning. One day, you will be surprised that your machine won't make any coffee... yup, you have no water in the tank. Anyways, it worked great for 30 days and then it broke. Won't power on. MUST BUY GEEK SQUAD PROTECTION OR ELSE. You have been warned. Glad I have bought one. Going to get a replacement tomorrow. 3 stars off because it broke so fast.

Makes strong espresso, but still crap

Contacted Nespresso and receive a refurbished one. When through the washing process with water and black gunk was continoulsy coming out after 10 cycles.... Then it broke again. This is garbage.
