I was skeptical after reading reviews for this as well as multiplw other models, but rhus far ease of use, ckeaning and operation are simple! I havent gotten to see the $$ comparison of needing the pods, but that would be the inly downside in this model!

Probably the BEST buy of 2020 for me. I love coffee and Starbucks was getting a little too expensive for me so I did my research and bought a Nespresso Machine. I have zero regrets. The machine is easy to use and aesthetically pleasing. The espresso and coffee pods are all delicious.

I purchased this model from another retailer. This machine is by far a better product. I’m wondering if the retailer determines the quality of the product they receive. Here is an example: There were many complaints on the other site about how well the appliance heated up. The one from the other retailer made coffee with a barely acceptable temperature. This product that I purchased through Best Buy made piping hot, steamy, delicious, aromatic yumminess! (I returned the coffee maker to the other retailer and use this one daily!) You can’t go wrong with this perfect flavor with every cup. I replaced a $700 espresso machine with this one. While the other one allowed me to grind my beans and make my own coffee without the need to purchase pods, it was a LOT of work and didn’t give me consistent results. I prefer popping in a pod and brewing my perfect cup with the push of a button! We should talk about that perfect milf frother that is fabulous on it’s own! Simply perfection with the touch of the button and soooo easy to clean!

This looks and performs as a quality coffee machine. The pods can get a little pricey but one of the best single serve coffee/espresso machines I have used.
