Defective unit

We would insert a pod and press the flashing start button on the top and nothing would happen. We tried resetting the unit and still saw the same behavior. Still giving 3 stars because while it worked it produced great coffee.

Spoiled me of regular coffee

They have reusable pod so you don’t always have to buy the nespresso ones. Also you get the right amount and don’t need to throw out unused coffee

She loves it and was very happy with it. It is a nice addition to our Kuerig machine for a family that are big coffee drinkers. The milk frother is a very nice addition. The only drawback is the coffee has to be bought online basically.
