Couple things... I wish we could have the option to froth the milk twice. Sometimes with the first round it doesn’t froth up as much as I would like and it will not let you go again once there is frothed milk inside the frother.... I NEED ALL THE FROTH): Second, I wish Nespresso sold their pods in stores— and I don’t mean I want a Nespresso store in my city I just mean I wish pods were more accessible like at a target or something instead of ordering online. Besides that I love my machine!

This machine makes a good cup of coffee. I wish there was a way to make it with a little less foam.

Does not make a crema as good as the nespresso that solely makes espressos. Wish the pods for the two machines were interchangeable. There is nothing that compares to the Ristretto pods for the Vertuo line.

Wow - Amazing Coffee, this from a coffee snob. I would purchase organic hole bean coffee and have my brewer grind it, filter it with a gold filter (allows all of the coffee oils to come through) and store it in a carafe. This is way more convenient and offers more options when creating a good cup of coffee. I have to be honest and state that the recycle program was stopped but we do enjoy our Nespresso machine.

Loved it and havent stopped using it yet. Best for the price. No problems with product.

The included milk frother worked for about a week before it malfunctioned. It was initially difficult to get water to feed from the reservoir to the machine. Coffee must be purchased online, as it is not yet available anywhere near us. It makes wonderful coffee and espresso and the varieties we ordered online are excellent. The cheap milk frother was the only major disappointment.

Love the Nespresso, the flavor and frothy top even with regular coffee selected at times. The challenge is finding the Nespresso Pods without buying on-line and they are not cheap, anywhere. So, a splurge that is much enjoyed but not for everyone I am sure.

Owned for about a month now and it has replaced my wife’s Starbucks runs. I call that a win.

Love this machine. Much better than the newer pod system by Nespresso. The frother works very well also. Good buy from Best Buy.

This makes wonderful frothy espressos and coffee. However, I do wish it was cheaper and easier to get the refill capsules/pods.
