I Love this product Starbucks coffee..Best Buy ever

Makes really good coffee, but is really hard to use for the first time. It doesn’t dispense hot water either.

We use our machine daily! We were frequent Starbucks flyers and decided to bite the bullet and get a nespresso. Thus far, it has been great!

Very quick and convenient. Makes reproducible excellent brew. The capsules are pricey.

Coffee doesn’t get hot enough and I don’t like how hard the Vertuo Pods are to find to try new coffees.

I think it’s the best! My husband feels like the coffee could be hotter when it brews but I think it’s perfectly fine!!! Love my machine!

I am incredibly disappointed with my recent purchase from Best Bay. For Christmas, I decided to gift my friend a Nespresso machine, as I had heard fantastic things about their coffee quality and convenience. Excited to see excitement on my friend's face as they unwrapped their present. However, my anticipation quickly turned to embarrassment when my friend opened the box and discovered that it was missing the starting pods kit and Nespresso coffee cup. I only realized the missing items after it was too late to return or exchange the machine. Best Buy's lack of attention to detail and quality control in ensuring all components are included in their products is utterly unacceptable.

I do love it but the downfall is that you have to order the capsules online and the only ones available to buy at stores are Starbucks and I’m not much of a fan of their coffee.
