Received it as a gift and I love it! So, I gifted a friend with it...and she loves it! It came with a sample pack, and I can't wait to try the different flavors! So far, I like all the ones that I have tried. I highly recommend it!

After watching several reviews on YouTube for different espresso machines I settled on the Nespresso for Verturo. I love this machine it’s easy to use the coffee is great the espresso is great. Since owning this machine I have completely stopped going to different coffee shops on the run, so I am saving money. This will pay for itself in the long run. Each cup runs between $.99 and $1.20 so overall you will be saving money not going to a drive-through for coffee.

Love this machine!! I was skeptical because of the price but now that I have it I'll never go back! I can make coffee that tastes just like my local coffee shop and yes the pods are a little pricey - but still way cheaper than going to Starbucks all the time! Mine came with the aeroccino 3 and it makes wonderful foam. This machine only uses Vertuo pods. Love being able to make delicious drinks at home!

Love Nespresso! The machine has really kept its quality over the test of time, which is awesome! No issues with it. I just wish the pods were cheaper.

Awesome little unit. My wife loves it, I love it. It's easy to use, delicious, and there were so many thoughtful design features. One of my favorites is that when you're done brewing, you open the top, and the pod jumps automatically into a pod container and is ready for recycling. The other favorite is that if you take out the beautiful stainless catch basin, my 20oz yeti fits perfectly, and I'm ready for the day.

I bought this as a housewarming gift for my daughter and son-in-law. They absolutely love this nespresso machine! Not much assembly required and very easy to figure out. The presentation is handsome and an excellent addition to their new home. The entire family uses this daily. They no longer have to pull in to the coffee huts or Starbucks for an espresso.

Coffee and espresso tastes very good out of this machine. It's quick in the morning when you don't have time to stop at a specialty shop for coffee. A drawback is that you have to order more pods on line since these pods are not yet in stores.

Produces great coffee and is very easy to use. The only downside is the fact that the pods are not readily available locally.

Nespresso coffee is excellent. I have had a Keurig machine and a drip brew Ninja for years. The Ninja was preferred even for single cup brewing because I could use fresh beans of my choosing, but it was not well designed and required FREQUENT cleaning. This Nespresso machine makes better coffee, is simpler to use in an office environment, and so far requires less maintenance.

The best creamy coffee every day! Even the best cafe places don’t provide like this. I recommend it to everyone. You will not regret it. Your life will feel like luxury every day. So easy, no effort and get it right all the time.

I’m a coffee lover and have several varieties of mocha, espresso, and regular coffee makers. Purchased expensive espresso machines and espresso tasted disgusting. Skeptical in purchasing this maker. But, BB price matched with Amazon and got it for half the price. Well, turns out to be the best coffee (espresso) maker I’ve purchased. Fast, frothy and delicious. A must have for any coffee lover.

I absolutely love my Nespresso. I was able to price match to get this item for a cheaper price. Thanks Best Buy! I love that you all price match. The quality of the coffee is so much better than Keurig. I love the frother as I am more of a cappuccino drinker. Ordering the capsules from Nespresso is very easy and you can choose the intensity that you desire.

Delicious coffee with nice crema on top. A definite upgrade over the Keurig. The only downside would be the increased price of the pods versus K-Cup pods, bit IMO it is worth it. 10/10, would buy again.

This coffee maker makes great coffee, the crema comes out perfect. The milk frother is perfect accompaniment. Pods are a bit pricey, but I'm starting to see them in more stores, so hoping the price comes down a bit with more competition. Got it on sale for $199.00, thanks Best Buy!

I LOVE the coffee that this machine creates! Frothy even w/o the frother. Fast! Went on a trip to Europe and when I got home I bought it because I just couldn’t go back to a kuerig pod!! If there is a downside it’s that you can only get the pods from their website but you order a few days before you’re out and voila! Lots of different options too. Love it!

This machine makes great tasting coffee. However, what are the things that I don’t like about it is that it uses the new cups. It is not able to use the old cups. This was bought for an office. People still by the old cups because they are offered by different companies. However this machine forces you to buy the new cups. That’s why am taking away one star. The taste however is still amazing. Just expect to move you and your staff over to new cups if this is bought for an office

This will change the way you drink coffee at your home. It's pretty simple, just press a button and coffee comes out, but Nespresso's quality coffee works so well with this machine, the milk frother work really well and is pretty simple to use. It's amazing for home Lattes

I bought this after a co-worker told me how amazing the coffee tastes. I have to say, it’s so easy to use and some of the very best coffee I’ve ever drank. I love my machine.
