Great product and amazing taste

Missing the starting pods kit and Nespresso coffee

For Christmas, I decided to gift my friend a Nespresso machine, as I had heard fantastic things about their coffee quality and convenience. Excited to see excitement on my friend's face as they unwrapped their present. However, my anticipation quickly turned to embarrassment when my friend opened the box and discovered that it was missing the starting pods kit and Nespresso coffee cup. I only realized the missing items after it was too late to return or exchange the machine. Best Buy's lack of attention to detail and quality control in ensuring all components are included in their products is utterly unacceptable.

Nice gift for the coffee drinker

She previously had the maker that strictly did espressos so she was using 2 or 3 pods at a time. With this she uses one pod and it makes a large cup just the way she likes it. Highly recommended!
