Leaking water

We have ruined a bamboo stand where the coffee maker sits. There is a serious design flaw with this machine that needs to be addressed by Nespresso/Breville.

Great at-home alternative to the coffee shop

It's a beautiful machine that produces an incredible coffee or espresso drink with little effort or guess work, The frother allows for steaming whatever type of mile you want without need for an attached container for milk to clean. The whole family enjoyed coffee drinks over the holiday, without trips to coffee shops, and I hope my parents have years of enjoyment from this machine.

Breville Sent me 2 Bad Units & is Still Fumbling

It's replacement failed 22 days ago and counting, as Breville attempt to repair. Customer service is a cluster fudge and breaks promises continually. I regret this purchase.
