Completely disappointed with the manufacturer with this specific model of the Nespresso machines. I have had my Vertuo Next Nespresso machine for just two weeks and it is not working properly. There is coffee grounds in my coffee, and after cleaning and attempting to descale there was still coffee grounds coming out of the machine. After spending over an hour on the phone with a representative from Nespresso I was given the options of returning the items and getting my money back or exchanging the machine for a Vertuo Plus. Unfortunately after experiencing the lack of reliability from using the Nespresso machine I will no longer be a customer of Nespresso. For those thinking of trying the Nespresso brand of coffee I highly encourage you to save your money, you’re better off without this.

This machine model is the worst , is often stops after handful of usage, nesspreso support is terrible and they will try and blame it on user error, spent 3 hours trying to tshoot this junk with a nesspreso rep and it would work for couple days them back to same issues. Nesspreso adviced to clean the machine weekley and purchase thier decaler agent and use it monthly

We went through three of these machines, one purchased and two warranty replaced by Nespresso before I gave up and replaced it with a Vertuo Plus. The machine is nice enough when it works, but it's obnoxiously loud compared to other Vertuo machines. These things are prone to multiple failures: leaking, barcode reader failure and motor failure. Nespresso discontinued selling the Next on their website earlier this year, and I don't blame them.

This is the second machine I have had in less then three weeks, the first one stopped working in one week, the second one lasted two weeks before it started to leak. Nespresso was great and they are replacing the machine with one of their upgraded machines but unless you live somewhere that you can exchange this machine out on a weekly basis then maybe pick another machine. And it is so sad because the Nespresso coffee is soooooo good.

I've had to replace this model twice. The first one got a red ring error message, Nespresso customer service couldn't fix it and told me to return it. The second one worked for 2 weeks and then started leaking water everywhere and wouldn't brew. I'm going to be trying a different model, this specific one was more trouble than it's worth.

After 30 days the reservoir wouldn’t pull water, the machine blinks all the time no matter what trouble shooting I follow. The only “good” thing that came from wasting almost $200 on this was the milk frother.

The coffee that it makes is amazing, but in less than six months, I've received two replacement machines. The machine is a disaster and stops working out of nowhere. The warranty its for 2 years only.

This machine is the worst one I have used. I have used multiple nespressor machines. This machine is made of cheap plastics and creates a lot of noise when running. Only reason to have this machine will be to use pour over pods.

Ordered online and picked up. Installed and downloaded app. App and machine couldn't connect. I went on the nespresso website and tried everything to get this to connect. Called their help desk and did everything to make it work. No success. Took it back to my best buy for an exchange but they gave me a refund and sent me on my way- no way for me to get the same product for the same price since it was on sale when I ordered and used my Bestbuy credits. I'm so disappointed and wish I could have at least used it. If yours connects other reviews say its amazing.

My original machine lasted about four months before it stopped working. I called Nespresso who walked me through troubleshooting and ultimately decided they would replace the machine. Fast forward to now - about 7 months after my purchase - I'm on my fourth machine that's been replaced and it just gave me the exact same issue I've dealt with my other machines. Common denominator is me, which I thought "what am I doing wrong with this?" and the answer is: nothing. There's only one real way to use it, I'm using correctly, but the lifespan of these machines is approximately 2 months on average.

Quit working within 2 weeks. Nespresso replaced with their own brand However the taste of the spresso coffee was wonderful. When I replaced it with Starbucks nespresso pods it was terribly acidic and no one liked it.

Broke in 2 months. Nespresso customer service was great though and gave a replacement of a more reliable machine.

Lasted 4 weeks I moved the unit to set it up in a different location in my kitchen and it stopped working I'm very disappointed I was a huge fan on breville brand until this happen

Gabage, Only lasted a year then died. Tech support was worthless.

Don't buy this machine. It started leaking after 2 months and it is July 1st and it is completely dead. The customer service number is not longer active at Nespresson.

The product works perfect although its not worth the 200. Before your purchase wait for a sale i missed out on 100 bucks after 16 day price dropped by 100 bucks...

It just doesnt work. Its not vey reliable. It wastes supplies trying to get it to work which is exapensibe.

If I could give it a -1, I would! I was under the impression that Starbucks sold the pods but I was wrong! These pods are very difficult to find unless you order them! This needs to be in the description. Also, it is now shooting water out the back after using it only 17 days! It was a Christmas gift to my husband and he has stopped using it! I should have gotten the keurig!

Clogs frequently, same decibel range as an aircraft taking off. “Capsule not recognized”, wasted 3 boxes of their pods in testing. Horrible machine, all other models seem to be just fine. Not unit specific, seeing the same claims across platforms.

This model broke within the 1st week of use. The latch was iffy and the manual didn’t give us enough information. Exchanged it for an older model with automatic open/close feature. Much better. Going on week 2 on the exchanged maker.
