    Giving 4.5 stars for the Nespresso coffee, but only 3.5 stars for the machine as it takes up too much counterspace, and only 2.5 stars for the Aeroccino3 as it does not steam the milk hot enough for lattes. A traditional steam wand steams and froths the milk to barirsta quality. They need to improve this.

    Seems to take a long time for it Register the coffee in the machine.. it doesn't remove the old one very well, either. It's harder to close than my previous model also. I would pick any other model at this point.

    DO NOT BUY!!! I was excited to get this birthday gift. Read all the instructions and made perfect 3 cups of coffee and then quit. Said water tank empty… it wasn’t. Went to troubleshooting and that’s the number 1 problem with this machine it stops pumping water if you watch about 5 to 10 YouTube videos, they will give you instructions on how to fix this problem. None which work. I think it should t happen after 3 uses. Piece of junk
