My wife loves it! She uses it daily and it has worked well. The app can be a little clunky to use, but overall it’s pretty intuitive.

It is kinda loud but who cares and sometimes you have to press the button a couple times but thag could just be user error on my part

Excellent price, super easy and fun to use. Excellent quality. We highly recommend one for anyone who enjoys those daily coffee espresso treats each day.

However, Nespresso replaced the unit for a new one with no issues. Positive feed back for customer care as well.

My Wife Loves This Coffee Maker

She is thrilled with the quality of the coffee, so much so that she has also stopped going to Starbucks. I liked being able to get GeekSquad warranty with it, and curbside pick-up was completely pain free.
