I bought this for my wife. I'm not a coffee person but this has changed me. There is no comparison between cheap pods and Nespresso's coffee. Recommended to my coworker and she bought one too. You won't be disappointed!

Love this machine after using Keurig for years I tried an espresso from this machine at work and had to get my own. Takes a little time to understand the various sizes and options however I can now make my own macchiatos, lattes, etc. and no longer have to go to Starbucks! So many options, variations and definitely worth it.

This makes great coffee very easy to use. The milk frother is great.

Love this! I will never go back to normal coffee ever again. So many options for customization. Makes hot or cold drinks without being watered down. Has expert mode to brew pods at a stronger level

Efficient product! Feels like luxury, but truly a necessity! Will never be the same. The espresso variety of capsules are a delicacy…. No more running to a coffee shop

I did a lot of research before purchasing this coffee machine. We have a regular De'longhi which has served us well, but something about the Nespresso pods just gives you that European hotel on a rainy day vibe. Initially, I looked at the Nespresso by Delonghi, and although the quality of the coffee is the same, the Vertuo by Breville had a better aesthetic. It comes with the Aeroccino and the water tank is a very decent size. I also liked that it comes with a box of 12 pods of coffee in different sizes and flavors, as well as with a code for a discount on your first two orders. We've had it for about a month and a half and use it daily.

Best coffee I have ever had at home. Pods are a little inconvenient to purchase since they have to be ordered through Nespresso but all in well worth it.

Great unit works extremely well and great tasting coffee every time

I know nothing about nespresso machines, but after doing some research, I went ahead and pulled the plug on this one. My wife loves it! She uses it daily and it has worked well. The app can be a little clunky to use, but overall it’s pretty intuitive.

Love this expresso machine.the coffee and expresso from this machine is so good. 10/10! It is kinda loud but who cares and sometimes you have to press the button a couple times but thag could just be user error on my part

We love our Neapresso, I am able to make a wonderful latte in a minute or two including clean up for my wife every morning. Excellent price, super easy and fun to use. Excellent quality. We highly recommend one for anyone who enjoys those daily coffee espresso treats each day.

For the coffee lover for sure. It makes great espresso and upgraded traditional coffee with awesome flavor. Strong flavorful coffee, not washed out.

The Nespresso Virtuo Next has been a game changer! I am no coffee connosieur by any means at all, but I do love a decent coffee/espresso. This little beauty has fulfilled my coffee needs daily! I can’t wait to try more flavors!

Overall really good coffee, but I had to send it through warranty within two months of purchase because the machine was doing a strange rattling sound. However, Nespresso replaced the unit for a new one with no issues. Positive feed back for customer care as well.

My wife has had a Keurig for years and I recently purchased the Nespresso as a replacement. She is thrilled with the quality of the coffee, so much so that she has also stopped going to Starbucks. I liked being able to get GeekSquad warranty with it, and curbside pick-up was completely pain free.
