Great coffee maker

Zero instructions are in the box, and the plastic bag that should cove the machine was just stuffedin the corner of the box once you opened it

You can make multiple coffee drinks - espresso, lungo, charade style large pour over etc. coffee taste from vertuo pods are great too. Great alternative to a pricey barista!

Fancy coffee

Had to swap it out 5 mo after I purchased it. Best Buy did a great job taking my broken model back and letting me replace it. By the way makes great coffee drinks

Great Xmas Gift

She has only used it twice but she really enjoys it so far. It is fast to make the coffee and froth. Clean up is also breeze. So far so good!

Note though that coffee is more bitter than other Nespresso Vertuo machines, so you will need to add sugar if you prefer something lighter.

Great upgrade from old Nespresso
