The frothier always delivers and the pods never disappoint! My only wish is that it were a bit quieter otherwise I wouldn’t change a thing.

He talked every different machine through with us, he took his time going over how to operate, he gave us a chance to see the website that we needed to order from. We got it home and waited only 2 days for items to ship. Best ever

Works Well but hard to find pods

You can order them online, but they are pricey and buying in person would be much quicker. The other nespresso uses the much more common pods that can be bought at most any store.

Great product, but sent damaged & missing products

I would recommend this product but purchase directly from Nespresso.

Good but not elegant

I contacted Best Buy to replace it with another model, they replaced it very fast.
