    Worked for 3 months then stopped. Called Nespresso and then were out of stock to replace it so they sent me an older model that works great.

    I was not a big coffee drinker until we got the nespresso. The Iced coffee is my favorite.

    We have owned and loved Nespresso products over the last 7 years. Our Nespresso VertuoPlus had broken and we decided to go with the newest VertuoNext as a replacement. We’re unhappy with the manual Vertuo Pod placement and operation. VertuoPlus was automatic. We wish we would’ve purchased another VertuoPlus machine as a replacement. The VertuNext also seems to be louder and of lesser quality.

    Love the slick look of this one compared to a lot of the other models! the coffee is delicious! i came from years of making my coffee in a Keurig and it’s can’t compare! If you love latte(s), cappuccino(s), etc then buy this! The milk frothier is awesome as well, lovely addition to make this one of a kind package deal! Took me a couple times to read/look at the manual just to make sure I wasn’t doing anything wrong, but then I got the hang of it!
