I love, love, love this machine. I never liked Keurig coffee but I love this one. It’s saving me so much money on Starbucks and Dunkin’ Donuts coffee.

Amazing coffee! I hate I waited so long to purchase one of these. This coffee maker can do it all! It’s saved me from going to Starbucks for lattes and mochas, brews great standard coffee. A must buy for coffee enthusiasts.

Wife uses it daily, has saved me money in the long run.

Excited to give this to my sister in law for the holidays.

Excellent Xmas gift for the coffee lover in the family

This is a great high end coffee maker/eco-system. Only downside is that the pods are expensive. Otherwise, the coffee tastes amazing and the maker actually creates great froth.

This is the second machine I have had in less then three weeks, the first one stopped working in one week, the second one lasted two weeks before it started to leak. Nespresso was great and they are replacing the machine with one of their upgraded machines but unless you live somewhere that you can exchange this machine out on a weekly basis then maybe pick another machine. And it is so sad because the Nespresso coffee is soooooo good.

When I purchased it, I loved it! Then it started having issues. Nespresso replaced it twice and both time the machines were awful. Finally Nespresso sent me their Vertuo Classic and no more problems. I love it.

I purchased this for my wife for Christmas. We LOVE this! The milk frother is excellent if you like to make the cool fancy drinks. Overall I would highly recommend this Nespresso Vertuo.

I've had to replace this model twice. The first one got a red ring error message, Nespresso customer service couldn't fix it and told me to return it. The second one worked for 2 weeks and then started leaking water everywhere and wouldn't brew. I'm going to be trying a different model, this specific one was more trouble than it's worth.

This by far was the best purchase I have made! It has replaced my daily Starbucks trip in the morning. I've had a Keurig for years prior to this and this machine is so much better.

Coffee is not very hot. Spoke to customer service to trouble shoot with no results and did not have the time to do a video chat. Honestly, for a brand new machine, should not have to.

Coffee machine is great but the milk frother didn’t work. Can’t buy the machine without it. Had the same problem with 2 frothers and had to return both machines and buy the nespresso elsewhere without them

Purchased this for my home office. The Nespresso variety vertuo capsules are delicious(especially melazio) but they are not readily available in stores and are an order item.

I love my new Nespresso.. making my own gourmet coffee.. good quality! The only issue that I received the box with some damage so basically shipping is not handled carefully

Absolutely loved my new Nespresso! Loved how it can identify between espresso or coffee settings. Plus the coffee taste so fresh! Definitely recommend getting this iteam!

I was so excited for this machine. But after seeing how difficult it is to close and open to insert pods it is going back. Not worth it in my opinion. Will be getting another one that isn’t difficult to open or close.

After 30 days the reservoir wouldn’t pull water, the machine blinks all the time no matter what trouble shooting I follow. The only “good” thing that came from wasting almost $200 on this was the milk frother.

It was on sale and it included the frother for a great price of $125. Still haven’t tried all of the sample of coffees yet, but great coffee machine so far!
