Great cup of jo but instruction manual needs help.

The only complaint I have is that the instructions for cleaning and descaling defy logic. The manual is not specific to this this model and is missing important details and visuals. Running the cleaning cycle took me a couple hours to figure out.

SADLY A WASTE OF MONEY

The machine is a disaster and stops working out of nowhere. The warranty its for 2 years only.

Wish I could have used it

I went on the nespresso website and tried everything to get this to connect. Called their help desk and did everything to make it work. No success. Took it back to my best buy for an exchange but they gave me a refund and sent me on my way- no way for me to get the same product for the same price since it was on sale when I ordered and used my Bestbuy credits. I'm so disappointed and wish I could have at least used it. If yours connects other reviews say its amazing.

The worst machine

I have used multiple nespressor machines. This machine is made of cheap plastics and creates a lot of noise when running. Only reason to have this machine will be to use pour over pods.
