    I feel it’s honestly an over hyped product. My pancake came opened and crushed. The product itself was not harmed but haven’t quite found a good brew I like with it.

    This machine delivers quite a tasty espresso or even an equally impressive large cup of coffee. The only complaint I have is that the instructions for cleaning and descaling defy logic. The manual is not specific to this this model and is missing important details and visuals. Running the cleaning cycle took me a couple hours to figure out.
