Horrible machine, all other models seem to be just fine. Not unit specific, seeing the same claims across platforms.

Manual latch had problems

The latch was iffy and the manual didn’t give us enough information. Exchanged it for an older model with automatic open/close feature. Much better. Going on week 2 on the exchanged maker.

Horrible return policy
