Love this coffee. Great selection of flavors which are a bit pricey but worth it. The machine, initially, is easy to use as it will read the pod and automatically adjust size of pour needed for perfect cup. The problem comes after several months of daily use the machine will acted up and trying to fix and get it back to initial performance is complicated. There is some cleaning that needs to be maintained but many issue seem to a functional issue with the machine if you read other reviews. I bought my first machine in January and after several conversations Nespresso finally replaced. I bought this one for my son so hoping he has doesn’t have similar issues. It is great coffee.

Makes a great cappuccino. The espresso has a nice crema at a real espresso should. The instructions could be a little better. T set it up to the app can take some time. When you push the bottom if the machine is cold you have to wait a minute for it to do it's thing. Once you push it the light changes color and flashes. Just be patient. There is a trouble shooting guide that is a little difficult to use. You may need patience. The Aeroccino makes great froth wither either, skim, 20 percent or whole milk. So simple to use. Just fill it push the button and let the Aeroccino do it's thing. It's winter so I haven't tried to cold frother option, but look forward to it when the good weather comes and I transition to cold brew coffee.

Exactly what we needed and great coffee. Only downside is that the plastic clips designed to automatically remove the used pods never works; however, this does not affect main functionality.

After two false starts with another brand, we spent a little extra for this machine. WOW - what a difference. It is quick, easy to use, and brews a consistenly good espresso every time. The milk frother is very much an added bonus. It’s a bit of a pain to clean because you have to be very careful, but it’s work it. Both machines are of high quality.

I love my boujee upscale coffee every morning before I go to work Nespresso gives me natural and flavorful coffee in seconds without me having to spend 10 plus dollars on Starbucks fo caffeine.

Love my new Nespresso this is my 2nd one the first one I purchased was the older model 5years ago and it lasted the entire time and never did a balance or cleaned it and it made perfect coffee everytime. Now that I know I need to scale it it can probably get 5 or more years out of this one! Great high end quality coffee the only coffee I will drink if it’s not coming straight from a coffee cafe.

Excellent product . Easy to use I would recommend this product to anyone who wants the convenience of getting your coffee quickly but also delicious coffee as well. And is less expensive than going out to buy coffee from other coffee shops.

I really do like it, it’s sooooo easy to use and so yummy. I do wish more than just Starbucks’ nespresso pods were in the stores I go to, but regardless, the pods are kinda pricey but k-cups are pricey too lol. I have to buy oat milk more often to make some of my drinks but, oh well that’s what ya get lol. Anyways 8.7/10 product for me.

Nespresso makes one of the best single serve machines on the market and the Virtuo line gives lots of flexibility. In addition to making single and double espressos, the line will make a variety of drip, cold brew, even pour over style coffees. This particular model will also make a carafe of pour over (18 oz) for the after brunch or dinner coffee for a few people. The only downsides 1) virtuo pods are still under patent so can only get from Nespresso leading to higher prices and more limited coffee choices and 2) I have yet to figure out how to get it to update the firmware. Apparently the firmware update allows you to have new features and coffees but my unit will never update despite being connected to the internet. Likely not a major loss of functionality but certainly keeps it from a five star review...

I’ve had my Nespresso maker for about a month now and my wife and I have been pleased with the various coffee and espresso drinks we’ve had. Super simple to pop in a capsule and press a button to have your hot coffee a minute later . No mess from coffee grinds, easy storage of old capsules, and the coffee maker seems to be well-built and engineered. More expensive than a Keurig , including the monthly capsules price, but I’m still happy with my purchase.

Kind of a fun product. Possibly a little more complicated than needed for just a cup of coffee but brews a good cup. A little on the loud side but overall I’m enjoying it.

This machine is great my mom has been wanting one for awhile so for Xmas I finally got it for her. Setup is fairly easy but we had issues getting the machine to work at first. We watched videos on the website to see what went wrong and turns out we just didn’t fully lock the machine lol The design is great the one issue we had is a cracked water container and unsure how to get a replacement. I would definitely recommend this since everyone can choose their own coffee flavor and preference.

I like how it works: testy coffee, easy to use, great foam. This coffee machine I totally recommend to you. I’m completely satisfied.

Well, I hate writing anything negative about anyone or anything BUT… we bought the first one and loved it !!! The froth ones of the coffee the east of use and of course the hot frother !!!.. after six months the red amd yellow light kept coming in . So we read all the trouble shooting. Clean, reboot , unplug . Rinse repeat ! It worked for a few mor pots until I was running cleaner through it or plain vinegar once a week then every other day . You hold the button down until the orange light comes in and then it self cleans amd resets. After doing this almost every day because the lights ( red and yellow ) which said it needed to unplug and reset ) was almost every other day , every day ,, it was tiring! So we traded in for another one thinking it’s just a fluke …. The second one , exactly the same thing happened but sooner than six months …. Rinse repeat…. Four months in …replace …. Again rinse repeat … now we have the Ninja station .

I would highly recommend this Good coffee machine.

I purchased this after trying a coffee made for me by a friend who had the same machine. I like the variety of coffee options and the sleek look, much smaller than a previous coffee maker. Excellent coffee and machine! It came with a milk frother as well which I havent tried yet.

Makes great coffee and espresso, and so easy to use. Love it! The frother is a great addition as well!
