I never cared for coffee, but wanted to get this for my partner over our old machine. The coffee and ease of use are great. Extremely intuitive, and little to no hassle. After comparing prices online and with the actual Nespresso store, this was definitely worth it.

Bought this for myself for my birthday and absolutely LOVE it. The milk frothier is amazing and the coffee comes out delicious every time.

Very easy to use. I like how you are able to recycle the pods. You have many choices to choose from. I like double espresso, so my preference is scuro. The frother is a nice addition. Simple one touch and your milk is heated and frothed to your preference.

Works great! The coffee tastes great. It’s easy to use, clean and takes up minimal storage on the counter top. If you like “frothy” milk. It’s perfect. Does not come with a larger carafe.

I purchased this machine in Jan 2021 and it stopped working in May. When it did work it is rather loud, so if you are someone that gets up early while others are sleeping a different machine might be better if they are light sleepers. It does make a good cup of coffee. However I do have to point out that the support at Nespresso were very easy to deal with, and they shipped me out a new machine promptly after they ran a couple test. I assume this was a one off and this replacement will last for years to come. I would expect a $240 set can go toe to toe with a $40 standard coffee maker. If not I will be returning to an "old school" machine. I hope this isn't like everything else where quality goes down and price goes up!!!

Good quality caffe machine. It heats up in 25-30 second and than ready to go. It brew’s really good tasty coffee. Only problem I see is the water tank too small, we have to keep filling it up so often and the coffee capsules are too expensive.

Nespresso machine is amazing. The frother that came with it didn’t work which is why I’m giving it 4 stars. However, Best Buy chat person said to take it back and exchange.

Makes a great cup of Joe. Will also make the fancy drink that Starbucks lovers crave. Easy to use, easy to clean. Wish there were more reusable options for the capsules... I love the world too much to go away from my metal filtered peculator completely.

Makes great tasting coffee quickly! Machine is compact and very easy to use. Multiple cup sizes, including a carafe. Love that the coffee capsules are recyclable too. Wonderful, great tasting coffee blends from Nespresso.

It’s been four months since I bought & I’ve honestly used it almost every single day! I think it’s worth the price & makes delicious espressos. I’ve also gone less to Starbucks ever since I’ve purchased this item.
