The coffee was great, and the Aeroccino is an awesome milk frother. The machine degraded quickly. It gave me a descale warning after a few months; descaling takes 30-45 minutes of actively monitoring and interacting with the machine. That's not an exaggeration. It also never cleared the error. And I do mean never, because about a year into owning this thing, after 5 more attempts at descaling, it decided to throw a new and interesting error and I finally returned it. I now have an espresso machine, and it's everything I wished this thing was.

Totally worth every penny. No complaints so far. Easy to use and delicious coffee.

Easy to handle, makes great coffee, fresh and taste is great

Almost two years later and still going strong. I absolutely love this coffee maker - it makes a great, true to strength cup of coffee. I didn’t like keurig’s watered down results and we don’t need a full carafe of coffee in this home so this has been a great solution. The Vertuo line is also picking up momentum and I’m seeing more and more options for pods in stores. Highly recommend:)

I’m a big coffee drinker but I’m not a big fan of the coffee the lattes are pretty good I used the pods with double espresso or use two regular pods for a latte I def Recommend for having at home for when ever you need a quick cup for iced drinks it’s really good ! I think this machine is easier to use then the other models

The creaminess of the coffee’s and espressos make you feel like you are start the day off in luxury. The machine itself is easy to use, even my 3 year old can help. Loveee this machine!

Best coffee machine for individual cups and specialty drinks. Pods are expensive but worth it.

This coffee machine is very easy to use compared to other Nespresso machines. Excellent coffee machine if you can't leave the house without your coffee.

Got this is a compromise between my wife who wants regular coffee and myself who likes more espresso drinks. Been reliable so far and makes great coffee. It has been limited to just the nespresso brand capsules (which are still good) but just recently Starbucks has released a full lineup of there coffees for it.

Was a little tricky to figure out at first. Not the best directions but after we figured it out, it makes the best espresso.

I bought this for myself for Father’s Day and I’m so upset I waited this long. I grew up with espresso as a Cuban and this thing makes delicious coffee. I could never figure out how to make my own crema with a stovetop. This guy doesn’t seamlessly. Worth the investment all around .

My wife uses this thing every day and has had no problems with it so far! Absolutely pleased with this purchase and it pairs well with an ice maker too!

I reviewed and thought about buying this and I was not disappointed. It is amazing and I haven't bought a Starbucks drink since buying this. Absolutely love it!!
