    The beverages are good! The use was challenging! The latch mechanism is cumbersome for a user with Parkinson’s. A good product that we will got to return. Staff was awesome and took care of it quickly

    Came home from Italy and wanted to be able to enjoy espresso so purchased this Nespresso machine and we love it. Very nice quality and quick delivery just in time for Christmas

    Love the coffee that comes out. Just dont like the pricenof their coffee. Expensive but great machine just price of coffee is a tad expensive

    Honestly I was so happy when I buy it but I just used a couple times , one day in the morning I try to do my coffee and it wasn’t working I don’t buy the warranty so I call Nespresso They call me an video but they don’t help me to get a new one this Nespresso it’s not good like others

    Worked great till today. Now a month in and the coffee is spilling from under or on the side of the machine, making a mess everywhere. Its made a huge noise and it shakes twice. Maybe i got a bad one. Exchanging for the same one. Hopefully the second one works fine since i wasted a little over $100 dlls in accessories and cool products lol
