Broke soon after purchase but nes[reason replaced no question

It is a little slow to heat up the water but otherwise a great product.

We had to try it...and it's great...and expensive per cup.

Purchased first machine on Black Friday. Worked great for a couple months. Started leaking coffee into the pod catcher. Very little coffee actually dripped into the cup. I always did the self cleaning mode in-between so many uses. Did numerous cleanings after leak was discovered. Didn't help. I returned this machine and got a new one. Same thing. Only the leaking began after a few weeks of use. Returned again and got my money back.

This machine was easy to set up and operate. Could not find 3rd part coffee.

I've had this machine for 4 months now and I had another machine before. I like the coffee and the machine is generally easy to use. However, you can only get the coffee by ordering it from Nespresso. I've been doing this regularly since I've been home during the pandemic. Today, it was a nightmare. I won't go through all the details, but it took me more than 30 minutes to finally get my order in. What's especially annoying is that there is no way to contact them about website problems that I can see. Based on that, I can't recommend this machine.

Died after a little over a year use. It's been an okay machine. We first encountered issues with it after 6 months and now it's broken entirely. It's out of warranty and Nespresso won't fix it.

The machine worked well for a little over a year, and now it leaks all over the counter. This appears to be a very common issue with this machine just research it and you will see numerous comments and videos. The quality is just poor, which also seems to be a common theme amongst Nespresso machines as a whole. I would not have bought this or any other Nespresso machine had I known of the quality issues.

This machine has an automatic feature. A push button open and close. It’s sleek design ended up being an awkward inconvenience. The water container moves but this makes the placement on the counter odd and pulling it off to refill it you are taking a chance that you will break the arm that attaches it to the machine. Placing the used pod catcher behind the machine they made it much smaller and awkward to reach to empty. My old machine with a mechanical open/close feature and the water reservoir and pod catcher side to side fitting in pockets was more sturdy. Actually more convenient and less prone to malfunction. Buy the older model that usually comes with the milk frothier rather than this one which I am sorry I bought for any amount of money.

Makes great coffee but after 3 months, it is leaking coffee. Very disappointing.
